Town believes that the revitalization plans and improvements will help all the current business sector.
Bob suggests Commercial businesses don’t use recreation facilities and as we’re not spread out in the down-town sector like Cities are, the justification of infrastructure improvements, that is policy in cities, is not an issue in Sundre - a split tax is not justified.
Laura Klassen , who sits in on the Economic Development Committee would like to see any revitalization plans avoid themes as some ‘franchise’ businesses are recognized by appearance.
