• AGENDA : Addition of Minutes from Dec 10th. Directors' meeting, Regional Chamber Meeting, Awards Banquet. Proposed by Bob, seconded by John. All in favour.

• DEC 10th. Directors meeting. No formal minutes taken at the time. Budget for the Chamber for 2004 was discussed and approved. Small changes to be made to descriptions as software will allow. Proposed Bob, Seconded Kirk. All in favour.

• Budget 2004 : $2500 to be moved from Chamber account to SATT. Ref Parcom funding. Otherwise all financial statements agreed as presented. Proposed by Kirk, Seconded by Stephen. All in favour.

• SATT 2004 : It was agreed to proceed with the 2004 brochure immediately. Jim to make contact in order to establish a commission agent for the selling of advertising space. 5% commission to be paid as in the past. Proposed by Kirk, Seconded by Kirk. All in favour.

• 2004 Membership solicitation:
KK and TM to take list and split as last year and fax out solicitation forms.

Personal follow up contact by directors after membership has been confirmed
Membership certificates to be given out Bob to investigate pricing etc.
Bob to review and reduce membership benefits and annual goals onto one page for faxing with forms.
Bob to speak to Dan at the Round Up and try to get some coverage in the paper regarding the membership campaign.
• JANUARY GENERAL MEETING: To be held on Wednesday January 21st. At 6.00 p.m. at the Golf Club. Agenda items to include:
Chinooks Edge School Division : Community involvement; Jim Gibbon and Ron Fisher. Jim to liaise.

Awards Banquet
• AWARDS BANQUET: 28th. February 2004. All progressing well. Nomination forms have been sent out. Classic Lunch has delivered catering quote. MLA attending. Premier otherwise engaged. Entertainment to be confirmed. 130 tickets to sell, details on how and where from to be confirmed. Sponsors being canvassed.

• REGIONAL CHAMBER MEETING: Wednesday 14th January in Olds. 7.00 a.m. Jim and Stephen attending.
