 BUSINESS IN SUNDRE AND AREA
Conducting business in Sundre requires a license. Under the provisions of the Town of Sundre Business License Bylaw #810, licenses are required to operate and/or conduct business in the Town of Sundre.
Businesses failing to comply are subject to a minimum penalty and/or fine of $500.00, up to a maximum of $1,000.00.
Business License Fees:
* Town Commercial Businesses: $100.00/year
* Out of Town Commercial Businesses: $125.00/year
* Home Residence Businesses: $50.00/year after filling out a Development Permit and being approved by MPC.

Doing Business in Mountain View County:
The current population is 12,570 rural residents, with another 18,000 residing in the Towns of Carstairs, Didsbury, Olds, Sundre; and the Village of Cremona. These figures may not account for a large percentage of the 1300+ full time students who enroll at Olds College on a yearly basis.
