The SUNDRE AIRPORT is an “Uncontrolled” (Left-hand Circuits) listed in the CANADA FLIGHT SUPPLEMENT: “SUNDRE AB CFN7”. A GNSS Let-Down Approach is also published in the RESTRICTED CANADA AIR PILOT (R-CAP) and JEPPESSEN.

The Sundre Airport is SW of the Town of Sundre
Rural Address: 32463 Range Road 55, NW 29-32-5-5, Mountain View County
Sundre Airport Gate: West 3.3 km from Lights in Town of Sundre, then South 1.6 km

The Sundre Airport is:
  • accessible to taxi, hospital and ambulance, hotels, car rental, in the Town of Sundre, 4.8 km NE
  • "uncontrolled” with GNSS Let Down Approach in R-CAP and JEPPESEN
  • 4,285 feet, Runway 14-32, hard surface capable of supporting aircraft up to 50,00 lbs.
  • lit by ARCAL for the full length with Centre-line white lights at each end.
  • no landing fees.
  • open 24 hours the Terminal Building has washrooms and pay phone
